The November monthly webinar on Wednesday, November 4, will be extended from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. to accommodate additional updates and information from both DHS and MNsure. MNsure will be covering how to use the MNsure portal to help QHP consumers during open enrollment. DHS anticipates covering the following topics:

• November 2026 updates to the DHS-3876, DHS-6696 and blank renewal form
• HR1 policy and operation rolling out timing update
• Bulletin: Six-month renewals for MA adults without children
• Emergency medical assistance (EMA) presentation
