The MNsure eligibility and enrollment system is currently offline as we make a major scheduled upgrade. We'll be back online soon.

During the Upgrade

  • Our Contact Center is closed June 27 - June 30.
  • You can’t create an account or apply online in the new system. 
  • You can still use MNsure.org: Learn about enrollment opportunities, explore financial help, or get contact info for your insurance company.

If you urgently need to enroll while we’re closed, you may qualify for a special enrollment period. Learn more about this option.

What to Expect

MNsure’s new system is a major technology improvement for Minnesotans. It will transform the user experience for MNsure enrollees and assisters alike. 

Consumers can review and update their application, upload documents, and report changes online. Navigators and brokers will find it easier to help applicants and track client needs. Caseworkers have new tools to access and update consumer information.

We’re making some web updates at the same time:

  • Easier to find info
  • Better navigation with a clear path for consumers
  • More intuitive
  • Improved access to free help
