UCare Updates for 2026

UCare plans will no longer be available through MNsure for 2027. If you have a 2026 UCare plan, your coverage will automatically renew with Medica for 2027.

What this means if you are enrolled in a UCare plan:

For 2027, your plan will change to Medica. Check your renewal letter or log in to your MNsure account to see your 2027 plan.
Your benefits or provider networks may change. Review your new plan to make sure it meets your needs and includes your doctors.
You can choose a different plan. During open enrollment, you can shop for other available plans through MNsure. https://www.mnsure.org/shop-compare/index.jsp
