The MNsure eligibility and enrollment system is online.

We’ve updated our system. If you’re enrolled in a health plan through MNsure, claim your new MNsure account.

If you couldn't enroll while we were closed for the scheduled upgrade, you may qualify for a special enrollment period. Learn more about this option.

What to Expect

MNsure’s new system is a major technology improvement for Minnesotans. It will transform the user experience for MNsure enrollees and assisters alike. 

Consumers can review and update their application, upload documents, and report changes online. Navigators and brokers will find it easier to help applicants and track client needs. Caseworkers have new tools to access and update consumer information.

We made some web updates at the same time:
